How to Use

  1. 1

    Navigate to Token Scan

Visit the Token Scan page from the navigation menu or tools section.

  2. 2

    Enter Token Address

Enter the token contract address you want to scan. The system will automatically detect the blockchain based on the address format, or you can manually select the chain.

    Address Formats:

    • •EVM Chains: 0x followed by 40 hex characters (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Base, etc.)
    • •Solana: 32-44 characters, base58 encoded
  3. 3

    Select Blockchain (Optional)

If the token exists on multiple chains, you'll be prompted to select the specific chain. You can also manually select the blockchain from the dropdown menu before scanning.

  4. 4

    Start Scan

Click the "Start Scan" button to begin the analysis. The scanner will examine the token's contract, security features, holder distribution, and market data.

  5. 5

    Review Results

Once the scan completes, you'll receive a comprehensive report including trust score, security findings, holder analysis, market data, and DEX listings. Review all sections to make an informed decision.

Scan Results

Each token scan provides comprehensive information across multiple categories:

Trust Score

A comprehensive trust score calculated based on multiple security factors:

  • Contract security features
  • Holder distribution and concentration
  • Liquidity and market presence
  • Tax rates and trading restrictions
  • Security findings and risks

Score Range: 0-100 (higher is better). Scores are color-coded: Green (High), Yellow (Medium), Red (Low).

Security Findings

Detailed security analysis categorized by severity:

  • Critical: Serious security risks (honeypots, ownership risks, etc.)
  • Warning: Potential concerns (high taxes, mintable tokens, etc.)
  • Good: Positive security features (open source, verified contracts, etc.)

Holder Analysis

Comprehensive holder distribution information:

  • Total number of holders
  • Top holders list (top 5 displayed)
  • Address concentration analysis
  • Creator and owner holdings
  • Concentration risk assessment

Market Data

Real-time market information and trading data:

  • Current price and 24h price change

Understanding Results

Trust Score Interpretation

High (70-100)

Token shows strong security features, good distribution, and minimal risks. Generally safer for investment.

Medium (40-69)

Token has some concerns or mixed security features. Review findings carefully before investing.

Low (0-39)

Token has significant security risks or red flags. Exercise extreme caution or avoid.

Reading Security Findings

Critical Findings

These are serious security risks that should be carefully considered:

  • Honeypot tokens (cannot sell)
  • Hidden owners or ownership risks
  • Mintable tokens with unlimited supply
  • Self-destruct capability
  • Cannot buy or sell restrictions

Warning Findings

These indicate potential concerns but may not be deal-breakers:

  • High buy/sell taxes (>10%)
  • Modifiable slippage or anti-whale settings
  • High address concentration
  • Proxy contracts
  • Trading cooldowns

Good Findings

These are positive security indicators:

  • Open source contract
  • Verified on blockchain explorer
  • Low or no taxes
  • Good holder distribution
  • Listed on trusted DEXs

Best Practices

Before Investing

  • Always scan tokens before investing
  • Review all critical and warning findings
  • Check holder distribution for concentration risks
  • Verify trust score and understand what it means
  • Check DEX listings and liquidity

Red Flags to Watch For

  • Honeypot detection (cannot sell tokens)
  • Very high buy/sell taxes (>20%)
  • Extreme holder concentration (>50% in few addresses)
  • Mintable tokens with no supply cap
  • Hidden owners or ownership risks
